ECHO (EleCtron Holography in Optics) is the 872. Wilhelm and Else Heraeus Seminar and aims to strengthen the conceptual understanding of phase-sensitive imaging and accelerating methodological innovations by bringing together leading experts in electron holography and emerging perspectives from X-ray holography.

Women in Electron Microscopy (WeM) is a landmark initiative, aiming to foster a supportive and inclusive community for women in microscopy. By addressing unique challenges, providing networking opportunities, and highlighting role models, the event contributes to a more diverse and innovative field. Due to its enormous success in 2025, another edition of this event is planned for March 8th to March 10th, 2027.
