The ER-C facilities are operated jointly by the RWTH Aachen University and the ER-C institutes, located on the campus of Forschungszentrum Jülich.
Our institute divisions form a centre of excellence in advanced transmission electron microscopy and spectroscopy for addressing topical problems in solid state physics and chemistry, material science, soft matter and biology.
