We offer high-throughput single-particle data acquisition on state-of-the-art transmission electron microscopes with an acquisition rate of ~200 to ~500 movies/hour, for our Talos Arctica and Titan Krios instruments respectively. The plunge-frozen sample can be shipped to the ER-C or vitrified on-site using one of our sample preparation devices. Samples can be visualized initially before high through put data collection is performed.
We have solved structures of as small as 65 kDa globular protein (5 nm) to 20 nm wide fibrils (see images below).
