Access

Access to the Research Center Jülich Campus is restricted. Our security service needs very detailed information including residence and birthday. Hence, these fields in the registration form are marked mandatory but will be treated confidentially and shared only with our security service and childcare team and only for the access procedure and childcare purposes.
Please note that access to the campus is possible only by providing a valid passport or ID card.

 

Code of Conduct

At Women in Electron Microscopy (WeM2025), we value respect, inclusivity and professionalism. All participants are expected to interact respectfully, without discrimination or harassment of any kind. Any inappropriate behavior, including discriminatory or offensive remarks, will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to exclude individuals who violate these principles, without refunding participation fees. By registering, you agree to uphold these standards and contribute to a positive event experience for all. If you witness or experience misconduct, please inform the organizers.
