Fee, Accomodation and Catering
The conference fee of 1000 € for regular participants contains accomodation plus catering and will be organized by us. You will only need to take care of your travel. Please note that accomodation space in the conference hotel is limited and available only for non-FZJ members. Exceptions might be made upon request. Confirmations for your accomodation will be provided after registration closes (March 2024). This confirmation will contain detailed payment information based on your payment preferences stated in the registration form.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to another big event it is not possible to book additional nights at Vaalsbroek for the days just before PICO. Please consider this when planning your trip.
