Please note that the conference fee of 899€ for regular participants contains accomodation which will be organized by us. You will only need to take care of your travel. Confirmations for your accomodation will be provided after the registration deadline March 18th, 2022. This confirmation will contain detailed payment information based on your payment preferences stated below.
In case no accomodation is required, a reduced conference fee of 499€ applies for regular participants.
With respect to Covid-19, we are required to comply with the regulations of the German and Dutch governments applicable to large gatherings of people and travel by public transportation at the time of the event. Please note that on-site participants must be vaccinated (preferably with a third
vaccination ‘booster’).
