The Ernst Ruska-Centre cryo-EM user facility is offering technical and scientific support to our academic and industrial users in EM methodologies. We provide access to the complete pipeline from sample preparation to image acquisition on state-of-the-art cryo-electron microscopes.<\/p>\n

Our laboratories and microscope rooms are classified as biological safety level 1. This allows us to conduct experiments with appropriately classified cells, genetically modified organisms and virus particles. Academic fees<\/h2>\n

The Ernst Ruska-Centre cryo-EM user facility offers free access to academic institutions.<\/p>\n

However, we encourage all users to apply for grants that include funding for cryo-EM measurements.<\/p>\n

The prices listed here are for orientation purposes and are non-binding. Only the official offer of Forschungszentrum J\u00fclich GmbH contains the binding prices and conditions for our services and the use of our equipment. Our prices are adjusted annually to the development of costs for personnel and operation of the equipment.<\/p>\n
