Gempa is written in the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.exelisvis.com\/ProductsServices\/IDL.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IDL <\/a><\/strong>programming language. To use Gempa an installation of the license-free <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.exelisvis.com\/Support\/HelpArticlesDetail\/TabId\/219\/ArtMID\/900\/ArticleID\/12395\/The-IDL-Virtual-Machine.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IDL virtual machine<\/a><\/strong> is required.
