Oral Presentations<\/h3>\n

The scientific program will feature lectures by nine leading experts covering cutting-edge developments in electron and X-ray holography, including how to push the limits of electron holography, electric field mapping in semiconductors, 3D reconstruction of magnetic materials, nanoscale field mapping with in situ biasing electron holography, time-resolved electron holography and its future directions, strain determination by dark-field electron holography, and advances in X-ray holography.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, our review committee will choose 24 contributions among all submitted abstracts to give a 15 min oral presentation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, three poster contributions will be selected for a 3-minute flash presentation held immediately before the poster session to spark interest and encourage discussion around their work. Selected presenters are required to prepare a single-slide presentation and submit it to the organizing committee within one week of notification. To keep the session concise and dynamic, no questions will be taken during the flash presentations.<\/p>\n

Poster Session<\/h3>\n

All submitted contributions that are approved by our review committee but not selected for the oral presentations will be included in our poster session. If this applies to you, please bring your printed poster in DIN A0 portrait format to the venue. We recommend choosing a paper type that it is not too thick, as we will hang the poster using pins and heavy posters tend to fall off easily.\u00a0<\/p>\n

At the end of the seminar, two best poster prizes will be awarded: one for electron holography and one for x-ray holography.<\/p>\n

Hands-On Sessions & Campus Tour<\/h3>\n

Another highlight of our program are practical sessions featuring both, a campus tour visiting other institutes on the research center campus as well as hands on sessions on our instruments demonstrating several techniques that are highlighted in the lectures of this seminar:\u00a0<\/p>\n

EH tutorial<\/strong>:
Hands-on introduction to hologram reconstruction, advanced data processing, and interpretation of electron holography results.<\/p>\n

X-ray tutorial<\/strong>:
Overview of reconstruction workflows and analysis methods for holograms acquired in X-ray holography experiments.<\/p>\n

TEM session<\/strong>:
Practical demonstration of microscope alignment, data acquisition, and advanced experimental approaches for electron holography.<\/p>\n
