The registration fee <\/strong>contains access and catering as indicated in the program<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Invoices with payment information will be shared after registration closure.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We recommend booking a room in the \u201cB&B Hotel D\u00fcren<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u201c (at own expenses)<\/strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0

<\/strong>Please note that accommodation space in the conference hotel is limited and only held available until August 3rd, 2026.<\/p>\n

Travel<\/strong> has to be organized and paid by each participant individually at their own expenses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Access<\/h3>\n

Access to the Research Center J\u00fclich Campus is restricted. Our security service needs very detailed information including residence and birthday. Hence, these fields in the registration form are marked mandatory but will be treated confidentially and shared only with our security service and only for the access procedure.
\u00a0Please note that access to the campus is possible only by providing a valid passport or ID card.\u00a0<\/span>
<\/strong>(ONLY) For FZJ members residence and birthday information is not required. However, the number of FZJ participants is limited. Access confirmations will be shared after registration closure.<\/p>\n
